Charles De La Cruz is an associate in the health care litigation group at Prospera Law. Within the group, Chris represents health care insurers in complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Prospera Law, Charles represented Fortune 500 companies and national insurers in high-exposure premises liability, construction defect, and wrongful death cases. Charles has experience in all aspects of litigation, from client intake and pre-litigation, initial discovery, expert depositions, and trial.

Charles graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2020. While in law school, Charles clerked for the Honorable Carl Anthony Walker at the Illinois Appellate Court and the City of Chicago Law Department.
