Chris Barnes is an associate in the health care litigation group at Prospera Law. Within the group, Chris represents health care insurers in complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Prospera Law, Chris represented injured plaintiffs in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and employment cases. Chris has experience in all aspects of litigation, from client intake and pre-litigation, initial discovery, expert depositions, and trial. Chris also has experience participating in ADR proceedings, such as mediation and arbitration.

Chris graduated from Chapman University School of Law in 2016 with an emphasis certificate in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Chris clerked for the Honorable David A. Hoffer at Orange County Superior Court.
