Diana Sfrijan is an associate with Prospera Law LLP. As a member of the Health Care Industry Group, Diana litigates matters involving breach of contract, health plan provider disputes, business torts, and insurance bad faith. Prior to joining Prospera, Diana worked at a San Diego-based firm, where she advised and represented health clinics, hospital districts, and other providers on a variety of compliance issues including mandatory reporting laws and health care privacy laws such as HIPAA and CMIA. Diana also defended physicians and other providers against suspension and exclusion from the Medicare and Medicaid programs. In addition, Diana advised and represented charter schools on various operational and regulatory topics, including student privacy, contracts, and Covid-19 regulations. Diana has developed a diverse practice focused on a variety of civil litigation matters, including products liability, catastrophic personal injury, and construction defect disputes.

Diana was admitted to the California Bar after graduating from Loyola Law School in May 2014. During law school, Diana served as a staff member and Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Prior to her firm work, Diana volunteered at the Legal Aid of Los Angeles, Eviction Defense and Housing Center, where she provided services to low-income persons affected by a variety of housing issues ranging from unlawful detainers to foreclosures. She also served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes Division.
