Gesley Alexis is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactional Group with a practice focusing on Venture & Emerging Growth and M&A.

Prior to joining Prospera Law, Gesley was a financial restructuring associate at international law firm Milbank LLP in New York.

Apart from her legal practice, Gesley is passionate about travel, physical exercise, sports, community service, entrepreneurship, creative writing, and all things entertainment and media.

Gesley received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, M.F.A. in Creative Writing from The City College of New York, and her B.S. in Legal Studies with Honors from Nova Southeastern University. She is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
