Priya Kumar is an associate in the health care litigation practice group at Prospera Law. Within the group, Priya represents health care insurers in complex litigation matters. 

Prior to joining Prospera Law, Priya worked at a medical malpractice defense firm. Priya represented health care providers in all phases of litigation, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking plaintiff and expert depositions, and preparing for trial. Priya has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation. 

Priya received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. There, Priya was the co-chair of the Health, Education, Advocacy and Law Society. She also was a staff member of the Fordham International Law Journal. Priya is admitted to practice in the States of New York and California.
