Samuel Hutchins is an associate in the health care litigation group at Prospera Law. Within the group, Sam represents health care insurers in complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Prospera Law, Sam worked as an associate at a well-known Los Angeles Plaintiff’s trial firm, where his practice focused on employment law and mass tort litigation. Sam has experience in all aspects of litigation, from client intake and pre-litigation, discovery, depositions, law and motion, to trial. Sam also has experience participating in ADR proceedings, such as mediation and arbitration. Sam graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2020 with honors in Loyola’s Civil Litigation Concentration.
