Sarah Bryant is an associate in the health care litigation group at Prospera Law, where she represents major health care insurers in complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Prospera, Sarah spent over ten years at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals. In that role, she worked closely with Administrative Law Judges adjudicating appeals arising from claims for Medicare coverage and payment under Medicare Parts A, B, C and D. In addition to her administrative law background, Sarah practiced at a civil litigation firm, representing plaintiffs of catastrophic and traumatic events in mass torts litigation.

Sarah received her J.D. from Whittier Law School and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. While in law school, Sarah served as Managing Editor for the Whittier Law Review, and she clerked for the Honorable Ronald Kreber at Orange County Superior Court.
