Vikas Srinath is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Transactional Group with a practice advising emerging companies and venture capital funds. Vikas is an Innovation Leader at the firm, and is responsible for evaluating, implementing and driving adoption of practice group functions and legaltech.

Vikas believes in purposeful communication, and works with founders and institutional investors alike to plan, develop and implement ambitious business and legal strategy.  In addition to his core technology practice, Vikas helps his clients build their growth strategy across industry, including financial technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and technology consulting.

Rarely in a suit, Vikas is also committed to helping achieve social equity outcomes. His practical and empathetic style has garnered a loyal client base and robust social media following, and he regularly speaks on popular topics and issues faced by startups and investors, including fundraising. Vikas has been consistently recognized by Super Lawyers as a Southern California Rising Star from 2018-2025.
